So i went to the open call for Knuts and Bolts new TV series 'I Want To Believe' with my friends Wesley and Carl (Both of who i met working at Borders) we got a chance to meet a few of my facebook buddies and some of whom had actually read my blog and been following my little stories. There was definitely some interesting people there, mediums, paranormal enthusiasts, just a few people who wanted to go on a ghost hunt. I was very sad not to have had the chance to meet Ted Thornby, as i have become a fan over the years and never had the chance.
Jessica Foreman seemed very nice, a little uptight, but nice. She asked me and my friends a few simple questions, nothing too invading, and we were in and out in five minutes.
Of the few people i met, two girls had a lasting impression on me. Melanie and Josie, or Josie and Melanie. They had just started their own blog over at http://sexyghosthunting.blogspot.com/. Its an interesting take on ghost hunting really. They love the paranormal and fashion, why not put the two together, makes sense to me. They have also started something of a fashion label too - JAM - its fashion inspired by the supernatural - they explained a few ideas that they had, and i want a T-shirt, keep an eye on their blog for upcomming designs.
I also met two very interesting Film Makers - i can't say too much - at least i don't think so - according to the release form i had to sign - but they are making a documentary about paranormal enthusiasts, i spoke to them for a bit and it may be possible that I'll be appearing in some form or another on the film - how cool is that? Miles Cason - the Movie Star! (I wish)
Anyway, the books going good - 301 pages down, i have no idea how many left to go. I'm gonna crack on with that for a bit and i have a few possible investigations coming up - more about that next time.
